    A few practical details.

What should I bring to the conversation?

Your product or category, existing channels, target market, main growth challenge, timeline and an indicative budget. If the budget or market is not decided, we can discuss how to scope a sensible starting point.

Will we receive a complete strategy on the call?

The initial conversation establishes fit and the scope of a possible pilot. Brand assessment, channel planning and the detailed execution plan are part of the agreed engagement.

    Is the pilot free?

No. Brand understanding and channel planning are included in the pilot. We agree the scope, fees, execution budget and success measures before work begins. There is no separate paid assessment required before the pilot.
